When I ran into Poison Pen the other night at DJ Toshi’s Classic Storm concert, he told me that he’s been so busy hosting emcee battles and touring with Immortal Technique, he almost forgot to release new material for himself. Expect a freshly-baked Poison Pen album soon. For now, check him out in this video from DJ J-Ronin’s upcoming mixtape, Freestyle Files Vol. 2 – Everybody Who’s Anybody. The joint is called “Problem Child Freestyle” and Poison Pen drops a few bars of raw with an assist from his man Moneybagz. The video is directed by NotPorn.
